AIDA<\/strong>, in collaboration with the Directorate of Urban Greenery and Environment of the Municipality of Thessaloniki<\/strong> and the BUSINESS MENTALITY<\/strong> organization, actively contributed to the redevelopment <\/strong>of a recreational park<\/strong> that hosts numerous young people daily, with the aim of enhancing the quality of life<\/strong> for both residents and visitors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

As a sponsor<\/strong>, AIDA supported the redevelopment<\/strong> of the park, which is located behind the company’s building in Thessaloniki. For many years, this park had been underutilized and had suffered significant material damage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The completed work includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Cleaning<\/strong> the park from trash<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cleaning<\/strong> and renewing<\/strong> tree pits<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Laying new paving tiles<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Installing<\/strong> special posts<\/strong> to prevent parking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cleaning<\/strong> and removing graffiti<\/strong> from columns and benches<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Painting<\/strong> columns and benches<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Repairing<\/strong> the canopy<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Planting trees<\/strong> and installing an automatic irrigation system<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Planting flowers<\/strong> and setting up an automatic irrigation system<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In addition, AIDA\u2019s executives volunteered<\/strong> their time to assist in the park\u2019s cleanup<\/strong>, as well as the cleaning of the tree pits and removal of graffiti. This initiative fostered team bonding<\/strong> and further strengthened the company\u2019s sense of social responsibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Upon completion of the work, the Directorate of Urban Greenery and Environment of the Municipality of Thessaloniki<\/strong> appointed a gardener<\/strong> to tend to the newly planted trees and plants once a week.
    AIDA received praise from both the municipality and local residents for the excellent outcome achieved!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
