During the 88th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) 2024<\/strong>, Mrs<\/strong>. Of Course<\/strong>,\u201d held on September 8th at the main stage of the German Pavilion 13.
The event emphasized the increasing role of women in the economic and business sectors.<\/strong>

Mrs. Nika shared the stage with prominent personalities, including Ms. Vasiliki Adamidou<\/strong>, Corporate Affairs Director of Lidl Hellas, Ms. Ana Vega<\/strong>, Managing Director of Bayer Hellas, director Ms. Sonia Liza<\/strong> Kenterman<\/strong>, and Professor Ms. Susanne Sophia Spilioti<\/strong>. The discussion centered on the challenges<\/strong> and opportunities<\/strong> faced by women<\/strong> in leadership positions<\/strong>, highlighting their empowerment and the expanding opportunities across various industries.

The event, organized by the Embassy of Germany<\/strong> and the German Trade and Invest organization<\/strong>, focused on the critical need for enhanced diversity<\/strong> and gender equality<\/strong> within entrepreneurship and governance. The Federal Republic of Germany<\/strong>, as the honored country at TIF 2024, presented over 6000 square meters of exhibition space, showcasing cutting-edge “Made in Germany”<\/strong> technologies and products.
